      GE program went from good to bad very fast.....

      Pros

      The people are really fun and knowledgable. Decent pay for an easy job.

      Cons

      Where do I start? Everyone besides senior management are miserable. This program has had 17 out of 60 people leave in 2015 alone. There are probably 10 more trying to leave and actively interviewing. Employee morale is at an all time low and everyone knows it. Rumors fly around on a daily basis and numerous employees talk of walking out every day. There are talks of imposing a mandatory 50 hr work week in order to get work done. Process and policy changes are made constantly and with no collaboration with other departments, causing a backlog of work and confused employees.

      need a job so had to take first offer on the table need to make better money in the future

      pay scale same as 15 years ago when I left this job, had to take the offer cause I was broke in the pants

      Pros

      The health benefits are fantastic. As well as dental and vision. Other than that it's difficult to think of anything else.

      Cons

      I'm not sure if poor management is a company wide problem, but it certainly is at Pt. Thompson. Managers for the most part seem to be skill less political hires by friends. They do not seem to know what they are doing. Moral is at a constant low because of broken promises, outright lies to staff, and failure to take ownership of mistakes.
