The people are super nice.

Cons

The benefits aren't as competitive as other companies in the DTC. Also, some groups are more flexible than others in regards to working from home, it depends on the management.

with the economy tanking right now, I'm happy I at least have a job.

Cons

it's like running your own business inside a much larger business that takes 3/4 of your paycheck and offers nothing in return. You are on your own, you have to find your own work, and if your numbers start to slip, you're done. If this company had better compensation, this might not be so bad, but as is, you might as well start your own business. You will still be doing all the work yourself, but you'll get to keep all the money you're billing out at. Oh, and there will probably be less corruption.
