      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"

      Pros

      The projects are cool. CH2M at least goes after some good work.

      Cons

      same as any large organization- a lot of turnover, not much transparency in terms of leadership decision making, strategic initiatives, and really just communication in general. I went to several office locations and most of them are hands down the most boring environments I've ever been in. Denver HQ in particular- very outdated corporate culture going on, which explains the lack of communication between individuals, groups, departments, etc.
