Pros

Good salary. Talented people. Good technical knowledge.

Cons

Senior management does not have a coherent business strategy. Reactive to market pressures, but not strategic. Project managers are technically proficient but administratively hamstrung, not good with giving clear direction or feedback.

None really the current leadership has made it so it's only a pro if your at the high end of the company.

Cons

Medical, 401K, new sick leave program( requiring short term disability even if your sick), manipulated company stock program, 0 focus on employees.

Everyone is trying to play catch up Too much red tape. It takes too long to get anything started or done.
