      "Good old boy" management club (inner circle). Little to no promotions or raises to those not in the inner circle Company does nothing to help employees stay billable If you are not fully billable, expected to use PTO or leave without pay even if you are salaried.

      Worst Place I Have Ever Worked

      Flexibility, name recognition, some long term employees left who are innovative and care about the right things.

      Cons

      This is hands down the worst company I have ever worked for. Nepotism and sexism run rampant in the company, promotions are based on tenure and who your "buddies" are, which has resulted in leaders who have poor leadership skills and often times lack basic competence. Too much management that does little managing. Decisions by company leadership and reactionary and made in a vacuum. Constant reorganization has led to internal chaos, making it difficult to deliver work. While flexible work arrangements are available, work-life balance is a joke and most people work around the clock. Benefits (which may be in line with industry standards) are dismal compared to almost every other industry. The Denver campus is depressing and reflects the sad state of the company.
