      Pros

      Inclusive environment, great projects to work on, company events and community service, many resources and mentors to assist you and look up to for advice, Microstation, opportunities to network with other interns and professionals throughout the company, many trainings/conference calls to attend to learn about disciplines, opportunities etc.

      Cons

      As with private companies, project load may go down while waiting for negotiations but nothing to do with the actual company

      Pros

      After half a lifetime as a loyal and energetic leader with CH2M, I have seen the firm at is't bets and at it's worst. When it is good, it is nothing short of amazing. It was my second family and so very many incredible people. great communications, great systems, great tools & great technology

      Cons

      Financial struggles have forced the firm to make massive cuts in employee support, employee to supervisor ratio is so high many staff may never meet their supervisor. Huge project losses and crushing creditor debt are only adding to the herculean amount the firm owes to retirees and past employees Although the "talk" is to increase employee support, the reality is questionable
