      Pros

      The projects, co-workers and work life balance are the best reasons for staying. Project level people look out for each other and help support the successful delivery of projects.

      Cons

      Upper level management tends to pay attention to getting their bonuses and not to how the working conditions are for their employees. The CEO is incompetent and keeps pushing reforms to put her mark on the company and positioning it for acquisition. Employees keep getting shoved into smaller and smaller work areas and now they are looking at no assigned seating for staff.

      Pros

      Variety of work, get the chance to work with some very talented individuals on some very impressive projects

      Cons

      Too US centric for a global company, has grown very quickly and needs to learn how to work in a global stage, consistent processes are lacking, reluctance to employ more staff so existing staff are over worked, lots of talk but insufficient staff training and development, restructuring is all too frequent (4 times in 4 years...)... It's a shame because I think this was different when it was a smaller form working only in US
