      Pros

      Interoffice support was outstanding. Engineers across the company just a phone call or email away, willing and able to assist with unique engineering challenges.

      Cons

      Out of sight out of mind. If you weren't located at one of the design centers, finding project work was difficult at times.

      Got through the Great Recession here. Great benefits. Fair salary.

      Very disorganized. It must be better if you work in Denver at the headquarters.

      Career opportunities were somewhat limited once you becomes specialized. But it's true for all big companies though.
