1. Opportunities for growth and development are abundant. 2. Benefits package is quite generous for intern. Such as monthly phone reimbursement, uber, gym memberships.

Cons

1. Workload can be overwhelming. It's not uncommon to find yourself working long hours to meet deadlines, which can lead to burnout if not managed properly. 2. There seems to be a lack of communication between different departments, which sometimes results in inefficiencies and misunderstandings.
