Cons
- Health care plan is the most expensive and least coverage providing plan I have ever seen. Separate RX plan provides a very poor coverage. If you have a family member with a condition, or kids, go through the health care plan details before joining. - Lack of transparency in management decision making. Decision making with consensus is rare. Most of the time you are wondering where we are going. - Career growth for IT engineers is totally run by your luck. There is no clear path to follow. Frequent organizational changes makes things even harder. - Too much bureaucracy makes it harder to get things done.
