Lots of opportunity to study alongside your role. However limited allocation to do so.

However, it must be completed outside of work (no allocated study time). From what I've personally experienced, depending on the role, or manager and the high demand contract, be prepared to work a full-time job with additional exceptions to complete your goals. However, high-demand environments limit work-life balance and opportunities to achieve your personal goals within a current role. Often, stunted progression on one site without personal growth, you will need to seek other opportunities that are within the company unless sought after in another position.
