Large company, many opportunities to try different areas of real estate Exposure to large, recognizable deals Big client list Good IT and database infrastructure All the tools and information you need about the industry at your fingertips

Cons

Too large of a company, easy to get lost as just another body Lack of leadership from select senior managers Disconnect or lack of understanding between management and personnel No connection between different offices. Each office acts as its own independent company. During the growth stage, CB hired everyone and anyone, regardless of their skills or competency levels

Having the ability to work anywhere in the world. I like this company because it gives me the opportunity to grow, even when I am not ready for it! Also, I do not feel trapped in this position or job because there are always opportunity within the company to work elsewhere or in a different field. You just have to get qualified or show that you are capable of doing the work. I have see people with humble beginnings start at this company and get elevated to high positions of importance because this company believes in putting the most talented in the right job.

Very rapid pace business that operates as the client and world changes, almost daily.
