      Good Company to work and earn a name

      Pros

      Nice conducive atmosphere. Most of the new recruits are really talented and CBRE has been searching the best of the talents lately. Company has got nice HR policies, pay role is really good. No issues with payment or work atmosphere.

      Cons

      No training whatsoever. No career improvement opportunities. Just the name when you want to change the job. But old staff are not so talented. They want to run the company like a government sector company.

      Pros

      Large company. Lots of opportunities to pursue.

      Cons

      Run by salesmen who promote salesmen. Preach company values of RISE - Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence. It looks good to the client and helps close the deal. But blatantly dishonest with employees. They know you can’t do anything. Lots of client surveys and internal surveys from corporate that impact account manager’s bonuses. Account management bends over backwards to skew surveys in their favor. They will completely violate their core principles for short term gain. Employees are not safe.
