One of the best Real Estate consulting firm in the world with a very good and relaxed work culture and ethics. Gives you full freedom to take initiatives and motivates you to perform better Y-O-Y. Good work is recognised and encouraged. Work life balance can be easily maintained while working with the firm.

Cons

More training and learning sessions needs to be conducted to keep people updated with the latest market knowledge and practices. Initially the payout is not very exciting,people who are looking to stick around for a longer duration the firm works out better for them.
