      Pros

      Large corporate giant that is recognized as having the largest market share.

      Cons

      Large corporate giant that acts just like one. Management is as greedy as it gets and does not care about anyone or anything. They only care about keeping their brokers happy. Which is great if you're a top producing broker but if your support staff, then be prepared to feel insignificant and be mistreated. High turnover, low pay for the industry and overworked.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers. Challenging. Good promotional opportunities. Location is central Twin Cities making it easy commute from most areas.

      Cons

      Pay significantly below market comparables. Employees are expected to work long hours with little thanks. If you are a solid performer, you are rewarded with more work. Management staff rarely helps out staff, just delegates more. Very young manager team lacks professionalism.
