Pros

They paid well. Although they took away our bonuses, salary increases and did not honor any promises made before or after hire.

Cons

They allowed idiots with multiple complaints against them remain as managers. They allowed everyone with experience leave and wont renegotiate leases so cheap customers don't have to pay fairly for services paid for with blood, sweat and tears. CBRE just doesn't care about their own employees enough.

Cons

Upper management says how great they are when it is not always true. Have to work a lot of extra hours for no compensation.
