      Pros

      I like the fact that at anytime you have plenty of training tools available for you to stay abreast with the most current software that is out there. In my current position I have been given the tools to execute the duties of my job with the hounding of a manager or supervisor. My current manager is open-minded, understanding and very professional. She definitely takes care of the people on her team.

      Cons

      The process for a transfer takes longer than you would expect. I expect 2-3 weeks but it's been longer than that, but I guess for good reason.

      Pros

      Great brand to sell. Lots of fantastic existing corporate accounts. The training was great. The company is a very good fit for anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit.

      Cons

      The firm can be too big at times. As a younger person, its easy to feel like an employee of your team and not an employee of the company.
