      Pros

      When coming into a fortune 500 company from any background that is not commercial or residential real-estate, all things seems foreign. At the Phoenix office location right away they make you feel like family. They teach you the ropes and constantly show gratitude when ever an opportunity presents it self.

      Cons

      Its very hard to get in the in crowd especially since most of the girls known each other for years. However that is not in your job to make life long friends. Basically as a professional there are not to many cons because you work with professional and almost always feel appreciated.

      Pros

      very great knowledgeable staff, lots of banter, open plan office, always events on to get to know your colleagues outside of work. Also fairly easy to communicate and get to know senior management

      Cons

      non-flexible work environment - seems difficult to achieve work life balance, can be alot of politics within the firm, but overall - i think it depends on what team you are in

      PTO was good, location was excellent, provided public transportation at 100%

      Cons

      BEWARE - SERIOUSLY. They talk a good game, suck you in, but on the inside that is not the case. Their value is RISE R=Respect. I=Integrity (not true). Communication is bad. No policies and procedures: it hasn't been for more than 7 years.
