No Career Development - No Support from Management - Poor Technology

Location, paid parking/transit, work-from-home two days a week

Cons

Poor leadership, poor communication, no strategy for professional growth & development, will not invest in proper technology to support business, unrealistic expectations.

Very nice building. People are very friendly and professional.

Cons

If CBRE finds out you have inherited any type of heath issues that require constant medication for the rest of your life, your job is in danger, even if you still report to work. They remind me of the movie Gattaca. People will come to work terribly ill and the cycle of sickness will makes it's rounds multiple times due to people in fear of losing their job. People with underlying symptoms get hit the hardest and need to miss and end of losing their job. Employees seem to get terminated abruptly with no warning of lay offs.

The do have some fun activities

Cons

The mgmt. does not keep everyone informed as to what is going on. There is a lot of negativity in the Memphis office and people are afraid they will be fired on a daily basis.
