      Pros

      Stable company with assured revenue, good exposure and learning as to "how things work" in New York Commercial Real Estate. Nice offices.

      Cons

      Old school, conservative mind-set. It's real estate. Lots of all-flash, no substance personalities. It's the nature of the beast. A monster of a company. Some people are overworked and underappreciated, while others seem to be coasting through doing minimal paper pushing. A sense of, this is how it is and you can't do anything about it.

      None, well they are making me write at least 5 words so I will go with coworkers, it's nice to know everybody hates their job too.

      Management doesn't care about employees Overload you with work till you quit then find some new number to fill your spot

      Nothing positive to say about the place.

      Cons

      Was given a 1990s Toshiba to work on - no monitor, no mouse. Was expected to look at data. Found a crummy old 1990s monitor and was better off than everyone else. Not enough work - bored. They use Lync to spy on you so you have to pretend to work even when you have nothing to do. Not allowed to help anyone else which made no sense.
