Great co-workers, friendly, and helpful teams

Cons

Management is very corrupt beware! I've experienced and seen a lot of shady actions that have place during my time there. Pay is also very low compared to other real estate investment companies.

Good customer. Humidity and temperature controlled.

Cons

After 2.5 years, I’m being micromanaged. Whatever you think, you’ve made it PERSONAL! Taking a well-functioning team and tearing it apart is bad business. Glass office in a hallway across from the bathrooms. Highly oriented toward diversity. Best person need not apply if you’re not a minority or female. Management defends each other regardless of truth. The boss is ALWAYS right even when they’re wrong!
