      Pros

      - Highly competitive culture especially in sales - Very flexible office policy (nobody forces you to be there 2-3 times a week, although they expect it) - Co-workers are genuinely nice - Big prestigious brand to work for - Lots of useful training and workshops

      Cons

      - Lots of overtime, especially if you move up the ranks - Lots of bureaucracy, although they claim to be very downstream, in fact big decisions take forever to come to action, but that is like everywhere in big corporate
