No control at the site level. Monopoly of senior groups is increasing day by day, creating bias and weakening transparency in the system. When only a few voices dominate decision-making, deserving staff lose motivation and accountability disappears. An organization cannot grow on favoritism — it grows on fairness, equal opportunity, and strong ground-level leadership. Every employee, whether junior or senior, deserves respect, support, and an unbiased working environment. Real progress starts when leadership listens to the people working on the front line.
