-The People and the working culture is exceptional. -The support that you get for your loyalty is way worth it. -CBA puts its employees first - I have seen this time and time again, myself as an example. -Benefits are countless, check their employee benefit information -Proud to be working for this organisation, that truly helps a majority of Australians. -Diversity is important to me and each department that I have worked in, in the last 5 plus years, has been inclusive of all cultures.
Cons
-Recognition sometimes gets missed - however that could be more line managers than the organisation itself
