The people I work directly with are great people, despite how overworked and stressed they are.

Cons

Absolutely no regard for employee wellbeing. Insane workloads, very very long hours, no management support or direction provided. Confusing/not documented processes and policies and huge amount of turnover in most teams leading to much confusion and re-work.
