Pros
You will get your salary on time. Moderate work pressure but your colleagues will help you a lot. Good management. Hard working people will get recognized pritty fast Have cab facility. You will get to learn so many new software.
Cons
I'm working in Bangalore and the company is situated at the end of it. It's too far from Bangalore city near to airport. Hikes are very less in percentage. No bonus even if they get a huge amount of profit. Administration is poor. After learning new software and you reach a senior level you will get stuck. After that growth is difficult.
