      Medical plans aren’t to bad. Hybrid schedule makes it flexible

      Antiquated systems. Micromanaging. Poor leadership. Lack of execution. No consistency.

      Benefits every other Friday off is optional..

      Cons

      No training for job very controlling about when they want you in the office. Not a lot of work life balance depending on what schedule you work.
