      CAE knows how to appreciate and compensate their employees in every way. there is a balance of work and family.

      Personally, I never come across any - i am proud to be part of CAE.

      Good environment, Balance lifestyle, Best place to work (Engineering)

      Cons

      No bonus, low expected salary, Future plan not clear, very high profit but less give to employee, benefit just basic, medical only for gov hospital, not fair with wages eg. outsider (not staff) get the position will get high paid but when own staff get the same position cannot demand as much as outsider.
