Good benefits, great HR support, great culture at the company level.

Cons

Great place to work but not in IT since the higher management changed. Work get assigned and promotions are done based on "relations" with the higher management people, not on the results.

Cons

Upper management is an old boys club that could not care less about an employees technical opinion. They love to say they are agile but refuse to heed advice of employees.
