      Pros

      I have been working here for about 4 years (including internship). It's honestly good company. So far none of my managers micromanaged me which for me is a huge plus. Some pros: - Flex hours - Everyone in the company gets 10 days off during christmas/new year (not including the regular vacations) - Good pension plan and insurance - Friendly atmosphere - I feel like the company is making good decisions business wise and has a lot of room for growth

      Cons

      - Very fast paced environment - Aerospace industry so be prepared for ups and downs - Salary is average
