      Good benefits, paid overtime for engineers, established stable and profitable business, existing processes

      Cons

      Career growth and pay are only good for early-career (First 5-8 years). Experienced people mainly stick around for the pension plan because there are many other reasons to. Mid-long term prospects for this business don't look good because company lacks vision and excellence.

      Generally the staff are all friendly and committed to the work

      Cons

      Leadership was lacking and organizational decisions were made without considering the staff. There were also very few opportunities for growth as most supervisory and senior staff were not as invested.
