A company having super exciting opportunities in front of them

Cons

Internal politics is extremely bad. Your efforts, motivation do not mean anything. There are extremely bad players in the mid management that can make you loath on what you are doing. Because of all these politics and extra support for Quebecois; lots of smart and talented people left during my term (including myself).
