      Underappreciated or Acknowledged But the Benefits Are Good

      Pros

      I love working with coworkers I've worked with for years. I love working from home. I love the benefits that come with working for a large company (medical, 401K, wellness days, etc).

      Cons

      Disorganization is constant -- shuffling around people non-stop (my immediate boss is great-- this is outside of her. Laying off quality workers in a constant streak since the end of March. Not being seen or appreciated by CAE at large. We live in our own bubble on my team, and I feel like we're slowly being weeded out, until there's no use for our section anymore.

      Pros

      - CAE takes very good care of its employees. - Work from home 3-4 days per week (some employees are remote full time).

      Cons

      - The systems we need to work with are very old, difficult to work with and unstable. This is a huge source of stress. - Salaries low for such complex and stressful jobs.

      Great people to work with, good employee events, great vacation policy, good employee benefits, work-life balance is exceptional.

      Office politics and not a high-paying job.
