      - When it comes down to it, short term bottom line impact is the only thing that counts. - Continuous organization structure changes, which cause the company to have an inward focus i.s.o. focusing on our customers' needs. - Underinvestment in what matters to customers. - Lack of clear, detailed and documented process causes employees to have to depend unnecessarily on tribal knowledge and your internal network.
