      Good people, decent benefits, interesting products

      Cons

      Management is so disorganized! None of the business divisions talk to each other. The company is driven by numbers but has no road map in place for achieving goals. Business leaders generally have no management experience or rudimentary training.

      Pros

      overtime is paid and can be banked as vacation, stock program, group rrsp, private health insurance, week+ off at christmas, work from home.

      Cons

      odd working hours, unplanned travel, middle management is young and does not know what they are doing, upper management does not interact or care about employees, poor planning and execution, out of date tools and behind industry.
