Flexible working hours, interesting tasks, excellent benefits including private healthcare with dental care, sabbatical leave, exciting projects, real opportunities for promotion and internal career changes.

Cons

A lot of work and responsibilities, but I wouldn’t consider this a downside because it provides a great learning opportunity. The increased workload is also compensated with higher pay
