Pros
The parent company is a good company and the CAE product is amazing
Cons
There is directionless and/or egotistical leadership at CAE Australia. For the last three years they’ve got rid of most of the more experienced senior people, with more senior salaries of course, because times are tough. But they don’t take time to understand the impact that the knowledge and experience loss has on the company and on those of us left, and they are too far removed from the day to day to see that getting rid of all this knowledge and experience is actually contributing to the tough times (poor sales, poor ability to execute well on projects, wasting time and money rehashing old ground or having to reinvent what was lost with our predecessors). Their focus is extremely short sighted and self serving. Because of this a lot of the smart new talent has jumped ship as well making CAE Australia a very feeble company
