      CAE is a company with people that truly care!

      Pros

      There are many to list, but to be brief, I would highlight my top 3: 1. People truly care! Whether it is with helping one another to get the job done, going above and beyond to support clients' needs or leaders enabling the growth and development of their employees! 2. As a growing multinational firm in 40+ countries, there are endless growth and development opportunities, whether at your home-base or elsewhere in the network. 3. Work-life balance - in my 10 years at CAE, I have never felt pressure to respond to emails outside of business hours or on weekends. Moreover, I have always been encouraged to take all my vacations and take rest when necessary.

      Cons

      Speed of Digital Transformation - though the company has taken many steps (financial, resource-wise, time-wise etc.) to accelerate this effort, but just like most digital transformations, this has taken longer than most colleagues have patience for. Regardless, I feel optimistic towards steps taken and can see the light at the end of the tunnel. In particular, I have been impressed with our adoption and application of Generative AI.

      Pros

      The team is very supportive of each other and the focus is strongly on the customers and providing quality service and products. We always look for ways to improve and value feedback from all clients and employees to keep making things better. Management is good at acknowledging and recognizing good performance. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is too much process or people in the mix that things can get bogged down or overlooked.
