      Its a job in a poor economy. The coworkers were truly a blast. Good workers poor managers and poor wage/

      Cons

      hours, pay, management were all a joke. They provide no feedback, or training. They take advantage of employees and the poor economy.

      Pros

      Host updates was great. Got to travel all over the world and it was interesting work. Job consisted in porting the code from very old machines to new Linux boxes, so quite challenging. I got to learn "history" through working with those old machines, but was constantly up to date working with current Linux boxes. Flying the simulators on site was a real bonus.

      Cons

      Layoffs handled poorly. Salaries aren't amazing.

      Pros

      Starting package is good for freshers. But there would be no job satisfaction. Its not challenging.

      Cons

      Poor Management. They do not even have plans for three months down the lane. Monotonous work.
