Pros
You need to be highly visible to survive in this company. If you have your boss helping you, you will get all the benefits. Certain functions like admin or HR are best to work in this company.
Cons
Not treated on par with other regions. and the main reason is the Indian Managers who project low about the country. There is a clear difference in the role and authority of the same position between Indian location and others. You willbe given lots or promises but will not be fulfilled.
