      Employer progressively reducing employee benefits, management culture. Employer relies on interesting work to attract candidates amd keeps salaries in the lower industry average. In real life, carreer opportunities for technical people means changing from technical to management.

      Great travel opportunities and compensation package. You are provided with everything you need if you work from home.

      Cons

      Mid-level management are lukewarm at best; many have no supervisory experience at all. Company tends to push product to market before beta testing, or market surveying and spends a lot of time trying to fix engineering issues that could have been identified had product not been pushed to market.
