      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, on-site cafeteria, flexible hours (for non-unionized employees), health club subsidies.

      Cons

      No training, heavy in processes and red tape, internal competition between divisions hilighted by a terrible management bonus plan that paid out almost nothing the second year it was forced onto employees.

      The Products & Services are a Niche by itself. Every day is a learning. Second level & below line of employees are best in the class

      Cons

      If a person aspires for Career growth.. Not a place to venture at all. You are what you are while you joined. Till you leave or are ousted. Only exception is if you are a sycophant. No signs of second level leadership growth. Decisions taken behind closed doors and never transparent. Never flows downwards. Only a Catastrophe will send jitters.. Few heads "BELOW" roll and again "TOP" back to business as usual.
