      Solid company reputation and great clients.

      Cons

      Steer clear of the employer. While claiming to support women they are inherently sexist. If you are hired, you will be supporting the careers of male colleagues and treated as if your education and skills are a joke. You will also be referred to in derogatory terms during internal meetings which are remote. They assume employees have no other options.

      Management are condescending, no recognition for hard work, they don’t want women with children , they work you to the ground , no just compensation. Just a terrible work environment. Zero work life balance.
