Mentoring, some training, perks, paid overtime, great coworkers. All in all not bad. Apparently improving.

Cons

As with any large company, YMMV.

Very solid company, stable, offers benefits, paid vacation and sick time.

Cons

Hard to say, really. Sometimes decisions are made in a last minute which imposes a time constrain on all parties involved.

Cons

The corporate culture needs to be improved. Management really needs to listen to employees rather than just conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
