Flexible hours, overtime paid at time and half.

Cons

Upper management is more focused on product than on employees. They will trip over a dollar to save a penny.

Lots of opportunity for experience, changing teams and projects. Fun product as working on simulators is both technically challenging and fun to fly. Travel is often available.

Cons

If you become really good at something you become THE go to person. Meaning, weekends, evenings, Travel for long periods. This seems to happen often. Also many projects on low level priority items seem to be always redesigned meaning that much work that could be standardized isn't. More and better documentation required
