      Pros

      Flexible schedule, family illness and sick time paid, on site cafeteria and Tim Hortons

      Cons

      Much of the management is no longer concerned with fuelling a productive environment but rather covering their own behinds. The entire company is functioning with an 'everyone for themselves' attitude. Upper management has yet to realize that when you foster a family like environment, that the employees will actually care about the company and how it performs. That is the way it was when I joined the company. To watch the decline has been painful.

      low compensation horrible management employee morale is in the toilet from heavy workloads and layoffs employees are encouraged to lie to customers and potential customers to close a sale no camaraderie between employees because culture is divided between ex-METI and CAE employees CAE Healthcare appears to be an afterthought to corporate
