Pros
CAE USA is a good company to work for, they try to have different events for employees throughout the year. The benefits and pay are middle of the road. Working with the different teams and groups is great, it is like a family.
Cons
Advancement can be difficult depending what department you're in. Tampa facility is in an old building that they are trying to update; but still needs help..... The rumor was they were going to build a new facility by the airport. Pay could be better make sure to negotiate salary at the beginning.
