Pros

The people! I have met and had the pleasure of working so many nice people at CAE. In fact, I left for another opportunity and then came back to CAE 3 months later. CAE is full of good people!

Cons

Some longer tenured employees are out of touch with how it feels to work at other companies. And they don't value the culture and employee value proposition that CAE provides.

PTO and work life balance

Cons

Micromanagement increases when performance is threatened. Supervisors gossip about employees with other employees. While PTO is generous, supervisors will grill you about your time off especially due to illness. Railroaded layoffs especially tenured employees close to retirement.
