      Pros

      Good benefits, slightly above market average pay, interesting products, possibility to move around different departments, flexible hours and possibility to work from home

      Cons

      Like any other big company, the work is highly specialized and CAE specific. The recruitment process is too long and the candidates are not kept in the loop during the waiting time (based on personal experience, takes anywhere from a few weeks to 4-5 months).

      Pros

      great atmosphere, coworkers are very friendly and always willing to help, great work/life balance, flexible hours, management is very supportive on personal growth. Great company if your passion includes both aviation and software. I would recommend this company to all my engineer friends

      Pros

      Lots of latitude in day to day work. Empowerment largely encouraged (part of the 5 CAE Values) Interesting work as well as a variety of work type. Team work at the heart of the culture Dynamic environment Modern approach to management Stimulating environment: days just fly by.

      Cons

      Workload can be overwhelming at times (during critical delivery milestones) Finding parking spots can be a challenge at times.
