The team is really dedicated to making a difference. The product is really cool and the personnal benefits are great.

The company could be more efficient in reducing the number of meetings we have in a day - that is part of the culture too!

A company with vision for the future, a plan to capture growth opportunities, willingness to invest huge in development and technology, great benefits and pension options, great opportunities for transfers and travel, and pay and work-life balance are surreal.

Cons

ITARS screening, military security clearances, dangerous and controlled goods requirements, etc, can be a challenge to navigate through and takes some time to complete.
